Scope of Duties:		Plans, directs, coordinates and manages all activities of the Business Support Division to provide General Management Team with specialist management consulting services and recommendations on business strategies, medium and long term plans and ways to achieve the Organization’s vision, mission and strategic objectives of maximizing profits and creating value for JV shareholders. Accountable for the effective management and functioning of planning & performance, organizational development departments that reporting directly to him in order to ensure adherence to JV Key Performance Indicators.
Minimum Requirements:		Business Administration or Master’s degree in Engineering Discipline or equivalent. 15 years diversified experience in the petro-chemical industry i.e. oil and gas experience of which at least 7 years should be in a senior management position. Fluency in English and preferable Arabic. A broad understanding of business laws and regulations.
