Minimum Requirements: Business Administration or Master’s degree in Engineering Discipline or equivalent.

15 years diversified experience in the petro-chemical industry i.e. oil and gas experience of which at least 7 years should be in a senior management position.

Fluency in English and preferable Arabic.
A broad understanding of business laws and regulations.

Senior Simularion Reservoir Engineer

Scope of Duties: Conducts reservoir simulations studies designed to define optimum full field reservoir development plans (primary, secondary, and tertiary depletion scenarios). Works within an inter-disciplinary team to build and quality control the dynamic model. Integrates SCAL, core analyses and PVT data during the development of integrated models for full field development plans. Directs and participates in reservoir testing, evaluation and interpretation activities and recommends optimum methods of performance monitoring. Includes setting reservoir testing programs, interpreting results and liaising with other team members and Field Operations personnel to coordinate reservoir engineering requirements. Ensures final reporting well file updating for all analysis and field data and ensures data input by concerned staff. When involved with study projects ensures the receipt, calibration, computer manipulation and output of production test data. Provides advice to other team members on reservoir engineering aspects of the study.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering.
8-10 years broad reservoir engineering including at least 5 years in reservoir simulation, including experience with EOR simulation techniques.
Experience working in inter-discipline teams.
Very good spoken and written English.

Senior Reservoir Geologist (Geomodeller)

Scope of Duties: Directs and participates in geological activities in Ra-Sn Fields, monitors the interpretation of all available geological data in order to improve the geological models of producing and/or undeveloped/potential reservoirs. Acts as a source of guidance to less experienced reservoir geologist. Assists in integrating geological study findings with other studies undertaken by the assigned team. Provides advice to other team members on reservoir geology aspects of the study.


Familiar with complex structural geology, carbonate sedimentology and sequence stratigraphy. Mastering in geomodeling software(s), develops, directs and participates in geological reservoir studies aimed at constructing and/or improving geological 3D static models, produce appropriate upscaled model for reservoir simulation, calculate volumetrics of hydrocarbon in place with uncertainties. Prepare geological requirements and geological predictions of future appraisal and development wells such as SCAL data and petrophysical data. Participates in the preparation of reservoir appraisal sheets. Includes reviewing and evaluating test results. Participates in contracting activities related to reservoir geology special field testing and carries out technical audits of work performed by consultants/contractors.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Geology or equivalent, at least 8 years experience in Petroleum Geology including at least 4 year in carbonate reservoir geology. Head Officer based – field trips may be required.

Senior Petrophysicist

Scope of Duties: Provides Petrophysics advice to PDD Management and Asset Teams.
Recognized authority in his/ her specialist area of Petrophysics.
Contributes to the definition of data gathering strategies and helps implement Corporate Quality Assurance programs for log data acquisition. Advises on corporate Log Data Base issues and IT-strategies for Petrophysics. Carries out petrophysical reviews and provides specialist support for Asset Team studies including input to geological models and reservoir simulators. Investigates new logging tools and techniques, proposes and organizes field trials, evaluates results and recommends application of new technology as appropriate.
Advises on contract strategy and negotiating tactics during logging contract renewal.
Liaises with logging contractors to advise on methods to improve resource utilization and optimization.
Participates in Career Ladder Panel evaluations and CAMS Petrophysics Module assessments.
Carries out Technical Audits and helps ensure that lessons learned are shared across Asset Teams.
Minimum Requirements: B.Sc in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent discipline with a minor or advanced courses in petrophysics, applied physics or mathematics.

Over 15 years varied experience in Petrophysics, geo-sciences, drilling, reservoir and petroleum engineering.
